Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. In order to use the App, you must first acknowledge and agree to it. You cannot use the App without first accepting our Privacy Policy.

Techxonia, LLC provides the Multi-Profile Medical Records Application, an offline based app that keeps your important cards, insurance details and clipboard notes in one place securely. You can store ID info such as Passport, Citizenship, Driving License, Debit and Credit cards, vehicle and life insurance data, and manage your clipboard data.

Techxonia, LLC ("Techxonia", "we", "us") recognizes the importance of your privacy and respects your desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy describes how we manage, store and utilize your Personal Data through our Products.

To use our app, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using it. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the app in any manner.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users' Personal Data and providing a secure, user-controlled environment in accordance with the Privacy Act of 8 December 1992.

Permission Use

The App requests only the permissions it needs to provide its features. The exact set differs slightly between Android and iOS, as listed below. Many of these are optional and are only requested when you use the related feature.

Android

• Camera & Autofocus: Capture photos of medical documents, reports, and cards (autofocus for clearer scans).
• Storage (read, Android 12 and below): Pick images from your gallery and save a temporary image before storing it in the local database and backups. On Android 13+ the system photo picker is used, so no storage permission is required.
• Internet & Network State: Load ads, fetch remote config, and check connectivity.
• Contacts (read): Optionally import contact details (such as a doctor or emergency contact) when you choose to. Used only on request.
• Notifications: Show medication and appointment reminders and other local alerts.
• Exact Alarms & Full-Screen Alerts: Trigger medication reminders at the exact scheduled time and show full-screen alarm alerts.
• Receive Boot Completed: Reschedule your reminders after the device restarts so you don't miss them.
• Vibrate & Wake Lock: Vibrate for alarms or a wrong PIN entry and keep the screen awake while an alarm is showing.
• Billing: Process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Biometric / Fingerprint: Unlock the app with fingerprint or face authentication when app lock is enabled.

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

• Camera: Capture photos of medical documents and reports.
• Photo Library: Attach images of medical documents and reports from your photos.
• Notifications: Show medication and appointment reminders and other local alerts.
• In-App Purchases: Process subscriptions and the lifetime purchase through the App Store.
• Keychain: Securely store app identifiers used for your purchases and entitlements on your device.

• Third-party services used by the app:
  • Google Play Services (Android)
  • AdMob
  • Firebase Analytics — we don't take any personal information from the app. Only basic analytics:
    • Crashlytics: Track app bugs.
    • Active & New Users: Install rate and monthly active users, a default Firebase feature based on a unique mobile device.
    • Firebase Remote Config: Save default data and the AdMob ad unit (reference).
  • RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and in-app purchases across platforms.

Log Data

Whenever you use the Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when using the Service, the time and date of use, and other statistics.

Your Personal Data

Techxonia, LLC doesn't use any of your data. Multi-Profile Medical Records is an offline app. Any user can access the app directly with no registration required. All data remains on your device locally. No single piece of information or data is ever sent anywhere.

Security

Multi-Profile Medical Records requires a PIN for local authentication, so no one else can see your data.

We have integrated the latest encryption technology in the app. Your data stays safe and secure on your authentic mobile device.

We take no responsibility for misuse of data if you share your PIN, share your backup file, or root your device to allow a second person to access the internal database.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on a user's computer or mobile device, designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website or app.

In our Multi-Profile Medical Records App we do not use any cookies. They are deleted immediately from our servers.

Subscription & Pricing

We offer a premium subscription that unlocks additional features in the Multi-Profile Medical Records App. Choose the plan that fits you best — both can be purchased securely inside the app.

Please note: subscription and purchase amounts are strictly non-refundable under any condition.

Updates to this Policy

Occasionally we may change or update this Privacy Policy to allow us to use or share previously collected Personal Data for other purposes. If we ever use your Personal Data in a manner materially different from what was stated at the time of collection, we will post a notice on our website and within the app indicating the policy has changed, and request your agreement with the updated policy.
